There are moments when we feel connected to something beyond what we can see or explain. A quiet sense of knowing that asks us to trust what we feel, even when we don't know where it might lead.
The Quiet Knowing emerged through that very experience. I began with simple circles of color, allowing them to evolve into wild poppies. As the landscape unfolded, a castle appeared along the distant hillside, illuminated by the last warmth of the setting sun.
I was drawn to that fleeting moment when daylight gives way to twilight, when the sun and moon share the sky and the world seems to hold its breath.
For me, this painting is about the beauty of trusting our intuition and recognizing that not everything needs to be understood to be meaningful. Sometimes, when we release the need to control what comes next, something unexpected and beautiful reveals itself.
